Snoqualmie, WA and the Dirtfish Rally School

We're not quite sure how it happens that a 4 hour drive on Google Maps takes us 10 hours, although it definitely has to do with a couple stops to nap the baby and peel the toddler off the iPad, but with the kids in bed asleep 15 minutes after pulling into camp, the truck still hitched up and stabilizers and hook ups not likely to happen tonight as the rain clanks on the roof, we're glad for a couple bowls worth of homemade pulled pork tortilla soup found in the back of the freezer and four bars of LTE to stream a show in bed before we collapse. To complete my manly car day, I returned home to find one of the tires on the trailer flat. One of the nice things about having two axles is being able to drive up on blocks to get the flat up in the air instead of needing to jack it. Found the nail right away and will get it patched in town tomorrow. #airstream #liveriveted #nailedit

For the past three days I've been out of the trailer at 7:15 am and not returning until about 6:00 pm, leaving @advodna_ann with the kids all day. Luckily, she's found some really nice neighbors in the campground with a little girl who loves playing with Wynne. One final one from my awesome 3 day rear wheel drive rally driving class at @dirtfishrally. Instructors, equipment and facility were all top notch. Early Easter egg hunt yesterday evening with our neighbors who have been entertaining us girls while @advodna_dave has been driving around in the mud. We realized that last year this time, we were off on our maiden voyage in this trailer. The campground had a terrible "egg hunt" for all the kids (read: big kid free for all) and Wynne was pretty disappointed.
